Zeynep Atım Kurucuk

Zeynep Atım KURUCUK is the partner heading the maritime and mergers&acquisitions practice at WiklundKurucuk and advising clients on corporate law and maritime law matters.

She has also significant expertise in intellectual property and advertising law matters.

She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.

She graduated from Uskudar American Academy in 2002 and the Law School at Bilkent University in 2006. She attended the certificate program of English Legal Methods at University of Cambridge in 2015. 

She has been heavily involved in purchase and sale of vessels, ship building agreements and bank mergers and acquisitions in and outside of Turkey including South Korea and China.

During her career she has been involved in many projects and has advised clients on a full range of corporate and commercial transactions such as major Mergers&Acquisitions projects in the banking and marine sectors.

She specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Maritime Law, Transportation Law, Intellectual Property Law and Advertising Law.

Zeynep Atım Kurucuk is fluent in Turkish and English.
